1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened or used healthcare products, supplements, or personal care items
Perishable goods
Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
Discounted or clearance items
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at chandewarsurekha@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
